nono! Audacity! competely ree lets u cut up the song into a ringtone howeva u like jus google audacity but dont get beta i dont know how to use dat one when u highlight the part u like click file and export as mp3 and choose a place to save it and ur done
There is an application VITO Ringtone editor but it is only for smartphones.
