I have a blackberry, and whenever I assign a ringtone to any of my fave fives, the ringtone is very quiet, but if I use the same ringtone for the regular ringtone it is louder, is there a way to turn it up??

I want to get ringtones on my phone using a place like ventones.com or just use the music that I put on my phone. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I tried ventones.com and I cant figure it out. please help

I tried using tmobile.com to purchase the ringtones and have them sent to my phone as I can not use t-zones but it did not work. Any other options? I want a song as my ring tone.
