You have to have a virgin mobile phone & account.
Go to www.virginmobileusa.com (assuming you’re in the US), top up your phone using your top up card, then buy ringtones on the site with the money you already loaded on to your phone.
Virgin mobile doesn’t support any ringtones except the ones you buy on their site [...]

search the google for awesome ringtones,just choose the site that support your carrier.

This is not a gsm phone so you can’t hack it. The only carrier of this phone that I know has the bluetooth unlocked is alltel. Ringtones are out of the question unless you get them directly from the carrier.
